Fingerprint did not match with Aadhar.

Airpay verifies your biometric information against information available in the Aadhar database. We request you to try using any other finger. if still issue persist, please raise your concern with bank.

How can I view my transaction history or check the status of a transaction?

That's simple, login to the airpay vyaapaar portal, on the dashboard click on the transaction tab, select the date range, you will have your transactions in front of you.

My account is locked, what should I do?

If there have been multiple login attempts with incorrect passwords, airpay lock your account for security reasons. Do not be worried! you account automatically unlocks after 30 minutes. We suggest you to try after 30min. In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

The status of a DMT transaction is 'pending'. What should I do?

Generally, this gets processed within 1 hour however in some exceptional cases, this might take up to 1 working day, we request you to wait, alternately you can raise your with our support team.

DMT Transaction rejected by NSDL

In such scenario an OTP is sent to the sender(customer) stating that transaction is failed or rejected. The sender(customer) can visit any Airpay retailer and mention the OTP for DMT refund. The retailer would refund the amount through cash to the sender (Customer)

The transaction failed, what should I do next?

Transaction could have been failed due to issue in your the account or at the bank end, refer the error message on the portal and take action accordingly, if you feel there is no issue with the account like OTP is correct, bank account is not nil, entered details are correct, raise your query with our support team.

I'm unable to process any transaction, what should I do?

Oops, you may have ran out of funds in your wallet! If this is not the case, please raise your concern along with a screenshot of the error page. We are here to help you!

The transaction status is showing as 'success' but the amount has not credited to my wallet.

I am unable to withdraw funds from my wallet

You can only withdraw funds earned through AePS transactions, Commissions, & Collect Money transaction to your bank account. Airpay will take upto 30 minutes to process your request. In exceptional cases, NEFT may take upto 1 working day.

How can I top-up my aripay wallet?

1) Please login to Airpay Vyaapaar Portal, on the right-hand side you can see a "+" sign, click on it
2) Enter the amount you wish to top up
3) Select your preferred bank from the list
4) Kindly note the Airpay bank account details, you can make the payment through any mode
5) Once the payment is done, select the mode of payment through which the transfer was done
6) Fill all the relevant fields and submit. Once the transaction is approved the the amount will reflect in your wallet, this process may take up to 2hrs

How can I withdraw credits from the airpay wallet?

You can only withdraw APES, Commissions & collect money amount to your bank. To do this, follow the below process
1)Login to the panel, click on your account name on the top right
2)Click on withdraw limit
3)Add Bank (You can add a maximum of 5 accounts)
4)Once the bank is added, select the desired bank and entre amount & press submit

The top-up amount is not reflecting in my wallet. What should I do?

Airpay takes 30-45 minutes to update the amount in your wallet after your request has been approved. We request you to wait for the stated period. In case the your request is rejected, we will update you through a SMS sent to your registered mobile number. You can then raise the top-up request again.
